I attended a match this past Saturday at Windhill. This is the first time I've been there where the range didn't live up to its name. Winds were relatively calm for a change. It was a real good time and while I don't see the guys as much as I'd like its always a pleasure. There were 6 shooters evenly divided between 3 classes so everyone had competition. I don't know who the final winner in HNT class but am pretty sure it wasnt me. I didn't do Godawful terrible but a couple of wild flyers knocked me down quite a bit. I used lube this time instead of powder and think it helped, more comparative testing is in order. Stan Livingston ran an excellent match as Im sure he does on a regular basis. Chad Rickertsen and Andy (sorry Andy but I don't know your last name yet) were their usual pleasant selves. And Dan Hudson and Larry Rickertsen are always a good time to be around. Hopefully Ill make another match before the nationals to spend more time with them
The picture starting on the left is me, Larry Rickertsen, Dan Hudson, and last but certainly not least Stan Livingston. In case you didn’t notice theres a lot of 5 and 6 heads in that picture. Maybe theres a correlation between cast bullets and hair loss. Might be an interesting field of study
