As part of an estate purchase I ended up with 9 sticks of the above titled bullet lube.   Is anyone out there familiar with it.   Haven't been able to get any definitive information online.

NECO Bullet Lubricant ceased production at least two decades ago. It is good lubricant. I've used it for match level loading.

Like many lubricants, they ceased production about the time I wanted to lay in a good supply.

Bud,

Is that the same NECO that makes a case run-out tool?

I started using Tom Gray's #24 in 1997. He eventually stopped making it.  Got lucky, ran across a guy who had a bunch and was getting out of shooting. So I bought him out of the lube.

Good stuff,kinda gooey and stinky.

I have no plans for this lube, so if anyone wants to play with it, it's free for the cost of shipping.

I think NEI also  sold it as "Hawkeye "

Bud,

Is that the same NECO that makes a case run-out tool? - Yes, the website is: https://www.neconos.com/category/Cartridge-Alignment-Tool-CAT-28.

There is a NECO Industries website for a metal fabrication shop in Oklahoma City.

I started using Tom Gray's #24 in 1997. He eventually stopped making it.  Got lucky, ran across a guy who had a bunch and was getting out of shooting. So I bought him out of the lube. - Lucky you. I wanted to buy the formula if he ever decided to quit making it. He gave the formula to Jeff Bowles who "improved" the formula and now it's out of production. I thought Gray's 24 was as good as LBT Blue which is now also out of production.
