Does anyone offer or grind Lyman lubesizer style or Star sizer dies larger then the standard sizes available ?

You can open them up larger using sandpaper. Wrap masking tape around dowel, next wrap 400 grit paper to fit. Spin in drill until desired size needed. Size bullets during sanding to check actual size after sizing.

Ammohead made me a couple of large bore Star dies last year. One for my .54 Sharps and one for my 56-50 Spencer. Turned out great. I have a .577 die for my Star as well, so you can go pretty big if they are cast soft.
