Was sitting here this evening and took note of the mess on my desk. I started laughing & thought I should post this.

If someone else had of done to me what I did to myself . . . I'd have killed him. Humility is an asset. Heh - heh.

I don't see any reason to clean it but I would quickly hide that empty Miller bottle and replace with a full bottle of a quality beer. :)

It looks OK to me. A messy desk is the sign of a smart man!

I wish I had a desk like that. I have lots of reloading space, and it does'nt seem like enough. My reloading area is a mess and I am sure if I had a desk like that it would also be a mess.

It doesn't matter how big your desk/bench/work area is. The fact is that casting and loading equipment is, in reality, a gas. It will expand to fill ALL available space.;}

Right on Dollar Bill. I have had to move my reloading and casting stuff 5 times over the past 41 years and I sware it multiplies in rout, from one home to the next.

what an amazing shot !   did you realize that you captured,    frozen in time/space,  the rare appearance of one of natures most rare entities .....  the * elusive VICE GRIP Squozers *... almost never found in the very spot you last used them, and for sure never when you most need them  ...

over the past few years, i have purchased about eight of these, figuring that at time of need, at least one of these all-purpose hand vises would appear in the same universe as my latest immediate need .......   amazing how they rotate between my kid's garage, my wifes toyota glove box,  and my neighbor kid's shooter box ....

you otta submit this photo to youse-tube...be real popular with those folks that have found their own 'grips missing ..

Ken that is a very small vice grip that I found with my metal detector. It is atached to a tee handled wrench that I found.

The Hornady bullet seater, that I like very much, has a flaw in that sometimes the chamber that aligns the bullet to stick in the up position. I stick the allen wrench vice grip combo into the hole in the top of the seater. Problem solved.

I am a Land Surveyor and I find lots of tools while looking for survey markers, usually Chinese made cresent type wrenches.

Asd my wife has frequently noted, it makes no difference if I start out with a totally clean bench. Before the project is completd, I will be working in a square of about 14". It doesn't seem to make a difference how big tkhle project is; it's a space of 143” where all the work gets done. If the task laps over the edges of the cleared space, well, that's just the way it is. However, one big difference: No bottle of Miller's--however, Old Crow.............

In theory, there's no difference between theory and practice. In practice, there is. My fate is not entirely in Gods hands, if I have a weapon in mine.

But I'd replace the Old Crow with Bushmills. LOL

Well, my only inside work and reloading area is attached below. Not much, but workable with the ability to change tools on the bench. It is 32 outside and the wind is belowing 25 knots, and will stay about like this for 3 months. I've learned to “make do."
