After weighing and sorting to heavy and light and tossing any extremes, I then add gas checks and lube. So just for kicks I re-weighed some bullets......whew! Big differences now within the presorted groups, much bigger than the criteria for the first sort. So when do you'all sort, after casting or after adding gas check and lube???  Ross

Just did some tinkering, 30 cal gator gas checks are 4.43 gr each. So the wild weight differences must be from the alox and paste wax lube.  Ross

Yes, there will be some slight weight variance due to variances in GC and lube weight.
