Hi everybody, I am a CBA member but am new to this forum. I have been casting since the mid 80's and am currently working with a 32-20 and 7.62x39 CZ carbine. I hope to learn and contribute to this forum, thanks.

Welcome to the forum. I don't have a 32-20 but I picked up some brass at the range one time.

...welcome ... i was lucky enough when a kid to have a buddy with a mint 92 winchester with tang peep in 32-20 his gramps gave him ...   we sent off for a 31108 single mold with a hollow point and dug 200 lbs of 22 lead out of an indoor range ... which recast nicely into those hp Devastators ...  rabbits head shot were already half-skinned when you picked them up ...  4227, 1204, and 2400 at about 1650 worked dandy with that softer lead with a gas check ...

surrounded at the time with 222, 22 Varminter, 25 Neidner, and 220 swift coyote-whompers, the little 32-20 didn't get a lot of respect ... but 60 years later, my buddy and i still talk about all the rocks and tin cans we blew up with that little jewel ...  and his little sister still reminds me that we made her clean those two dozen rabbits we brought home one sunny afternoon ...

so please feel free to post any adventures with your 32-20 ... i am amazed at how many other shooters here have enjoyed this cartridge ...  and maybe it will serve just fine another 100 years ...

Welcome 3303,

I have a 32/20 but I have not fired it yet.  First I couldn't get brass, then there were Elk and Deer hunts then.................. Well you get the idea. We are glad to have you aboard.

Welcome aboard 3303rich,

Glad to have another 32-20 fan aboard. I, myself, have 4 rifle and two revolvers. I've been shooting 32-20's since I was a kid and am now pushing 76 and still like them.
