Look on Amazon and search Deburring External Chamfer tool. Those are made to be used in a drill motor to fix a hacked off bolt. But, it can be used by just spinning in your finger tips and holding the bullet base in the "cone" and put as much pressure on it as you think needed. I have two nose pour molds and a very thin fin can form on the base. A couple easy spins with one of these knocks it right off. More pressure could bevel the base if that's what you want. I have to one that costs 8 bucks.
