Why Not Join the CBA

I continue to be surprised at the number of more or less regular posters who are not listed as CBA members.  We are glad to have your participation but hate for you to miss the enjoyment of membership. I know that some of you actually are CBA members. Please remind Jeff or David to change your status.

I have been a continuous member for over forty years so may be a bit biased, but it has been well worth it to me and provided me with a lot of information I couldn't have gotten otherwise.  Our journal, The Fouling Shot, alone has been worth the dues. I also enjoyed participating in the postal matches when I lived too far from a local CBA match. Now that I am reasonably close to a couple that is even better.  However, most of our members are not match shooters and most of the articles in the Fouling Shot are not written by match shooters and are about other aspects of cast bullet shooting.

If you think you might be interested, PM me your email address and I will send a couple of recent issues of the Fouling Shot so you can see what you are missing.

Let me go +1 on John's post.

Join the association!  I was a member back in the 90's, let it slip, and now am back. It's great to be associated with kindred hearts.

Shoot in the postal matches. It is fun.  You are shooting anyway, take it to the next level.

The Fouling Shot is a great read, I look forward to every issue. And if you go with the electronic copy, membership is cheap.

For me, each month's Fouling Shot is well worth the membership costs.

I have been collating all the mailbag and technical articles from the Fouling Shot since I joined in 2013 into a single pdf to put on my tablet to make it easier to read.  It is easy to forget the wealth of information to be found in those articles.

I haven’t been getting the Fouling Shot monthly.  Bi-monthly(every other month) maybe.

How often is it supposed to come?  I get the digital version.

joined again a year or so ago. Too much knowledge here not to contribute something.
