I’m curious to know if any of us has had any experience running plain based bullet in 300 blackout.

I tried about 10 years ago in an H&R AAC model. I never got PB to shoot well but in my CZ and #1 7.62X39 plainbase shoot well. I know the 300 Twist is faster but the velocity I was running.I wouldn't have thought it was a problem.
"if it was easy we'd let women do it" don't tell my wife I said that!

I’m actually using a 300 hamr with a 1/13” rate but nobody seems to know what that is or they tell me I got the wrong one.

Check the match results for 2021 National match at Pioneer. Randall Duncan shot a 217 gr GC bullet and won Heavy class that year. He used a 300 Ham’r. No info for twist rate listed.
