I bought a set of NOE nose sizing tooling maybe five years ago and am only now trying to figure them out. Somewhere along the way the instructions got misplaced.
No joy contacting NOE directly, and their new website is dysfunctional and raising my blood pressure.
Does anyone have a set of instructions for these that they can share with me?

Tom save yourself some time and effort I bought into the NOE nose sizing years ago which seemed like a good idea. Plroblem is it didn't work. When sizing is done in two steps, you can end up with two round sections, nose and base, but like laying a nickel on a quarter it doesn't mean they're concentrate. You still have a lopsided bullet. The only answer I can see to truly correctthe issue of all cast bullets bring non-concentric would be a swage die that realigns the entire bullet.
