Lyman mag 25 lead furnace

my lyman mag 25 digital lead furnace stopped working only 2yrs 6months old. is there a place to have it repaired since lyman doesn't repair now.

Have you contacted Lyman? They may replace

contacted lyman, said they don,t repair anymore, did't say they would replace will call them a second time about that

Lyman says do not repair since they are made outside the usa, but will give me a new one for have price and they are on back order

till september

1/2 the price is still too much.  A cast pot should last a lot longer than 2.5 years.

solution I came up with is to trash lyman mag 25 pot (after 35 yrs using lyman pots) and buy a Lee pot so far works good

My over 20 year old RCBS is still going good.When it decides to lay low,I might go to Magma's 90pounder.But at 67,I think my RCBS will last long enough to deprive me of the pleasure of casting from a big bowl of lead.
