I have both his 44 and 45 books.  AS I have a lot of diff 44s and 45s, they are def worth it to me.  I wish he would do ones on 32s and 38s.

I just bit the bullet, so to speak, and purchased both the 44 and 45 books. They do not give these away but Holy Cow, what a book! Well worth the money spent! I suggest you purchase one or both and add the volume to your library. Both are chock full of information as well as high resolution color images. I was delightfully surprised.
