If you remember several months ago I posted about a new rifle that I had purchased. It was a custom heavy barrel Martini Cadet chambered in .17 Ackley Bee. I made some form dies and fire formed some cases but without having any loading dies, I had set the rifle aside. I was planning on making some loading dies but got side tracked The man I bought it from said the man who he purchased it from was also the builder. He had told my friend that he had dies for the rifle. When I made my final purchase price offer, I didn't figure that the dies would ever show up
Tonight, shortly before midnight, I received a phone call from my buddy that had sold me the rifle. We're both night owls if you wonder about the phone call time. Get this, the original owner had found the dies and mailed them to him. Not only dies , but loaded ammo and components. That is the first time anything like that ever happened to me on a gun deal. I was happy about the purchase price without the dies but man am I happy now. That was several months ago when I purchased the rifle and had forgotten all about that there were dies that went with the rifle,
