I wonder why we don’t use our Facebook account more. The Boolits account gets a good bit of traffic. A lot of new casters post questions over there and I think we might be missing an opportunity. It’s a lot easier to post pictures from phones to Facebook.

Delmarskid, The goal is to get the Facebook page active and with more content, but without photo/video content coming in from our match directors, there isn't much to post on it for now.

For the time being how hard would it be to move some of the articles out of the blog and photos from the gallery over there to give it some content? I don't know what would be involved or if it's even possible. Just a thought.
I'm not much of a facebooker obviously considering I didn't even know the CBA had a presence over there. Since it's hard enough to get guys to write articles for the FS or get them to post here it might not lead to much. But then again I'm looking at it as a 68 year old anti-tech curmudgeon and it might draw some younger guys into the fold.

I left Facebook 4 years ago. Don't want to be played, tracked, advertised to, or otherwise have anything to do with the likes of Zuckerberg. The ONLY social media platform or venue I participate in is this one, the CBA Forum. Posting firearms related material on a platform like Facebook is not in anyone's best interest. It's bad enough a "Google" search will land a searcher here on this forum, to be viewed by ANYONE, member or not, with benign or nefarious intent.
With rifle in hand, I confidently go forth into the darkness.

The purpose of Facebook is to show you advertising. The more you look at and post, the more specific ads you will see.
Go to your FB page and post about being constipated and see what happens.

I don’t get adds . When adds came up I ex’ed them out, hid them or blocked them. It took a while but they got fewer and farther between. Now I can do it four our five times a day and my feed stays clean.

The best option would be to email them to me and I can post them in an album.

I'm too old school to even consider getting on FB. Don't need to tell others what I'm doing or had for lunch or what color my grass is, etc. Totally useless. If I do something my kids need to know about I'll tell them.
