They had a notice up Friday that they were going down for the weekend. Reason given was server maintenance. Hope it goes better than some of the upgrades I was on.

They posted a notice several days ago that the site would be undergoing significant updates and transferring to another server that would take a long time, even if it all went well. The last 24 (?) hours it has shown the several lines of text that probably tell someone something but we all had plenty of warning it was going to affect access.

Just in case it affected my link from my CPU, I did try to access from the net a few minutes ago and got the same text that everyone else probably is.

They're not back in business yet I just clicked on the link in my bookmarks and it still comes up with the 7 lines of text instead of the login page.

PSA for Buttersdad and others that still can't login: clear your cookies and cache for that site, close browser tab or window, Open a new tab or window and try again. Your browser is probably loading a cached page rather than a refreshed page.

You're welcome.... now if only you could teach them how to spell.

I get the forum page and sometimes the home page. Click on anything I get the lines of text. Cleared browsing and cookies,I think, but changed nothing. I can see recent activity and it says it's active but can do anything.

My old bookmark used castboolits.gunloads.com, and wouldn't work. I added www. and it opened the page fine. Tried to log in with user and password, all text again. I'll wait a while until they fix it.

The forum page shows up, has my user name. When I put in my password and click sign in my password goes away. Everything I click on shows lines of text.

Looks like this last problem was just a warmup. The header now states it may go down for a WEEK. Software upgrade is the reason given. If something on there is important to you, copy it to your hard drive. I have seen these before, massive data losses can occur.

I was able to log in and had full access this morning. Still a little cumbersome, but getting there. Looks like a lot of new stuff for sale!

I accessed the site a few times yesterday and even though it acts a bit slowly at times it is up and running. The message on the login page that the upgrade is in process is gone.
