Somewhat new to casting. I'm casting 300 blk out 230 grain 45 45 10 lube. I have fired these brass several noticed some don't crimp tight. I'm using Lee turret press, Lee crimper.

Check your case length. Make sure all the cases are the same length and adjust your crimp die to fit.

All casing same length. Been using the same settings for 500 or more reloads. Wondering if these cases are tired out?

Brass work hardens. Used cases take more force to crimp. You might try annealing the case mouths
