I saw this and got to chuckling. What could possibly be blemished? The box?

With rifle in hand, I confidently go forth into the darkness.

Nicked, malformed, off weight, out of round, damaged.  A lot of sins can be covered by blemished.  Bought a bag of blemished .30 “MATCH” years ago, they would have done well for a machine gun match.  Unless they state what the blemish is I avoid them.

Nosler sells "blemished" at reduced price. I have fired several hundred from the bench. Same accuracy as unblemished.

Same for the "Seconds" Sierra sells by the pound. All sub- minute of angle in rifles that will do it.

You are right not way to tell what blemished means.

if it's Midway I'd imagine a return from poor packaging. when they shipped me pellets there were 20 tins just thrown in a big box with a piece of bubble wrap. what I got was 10k loose pellets in a box with beat  up tins.i returned them and told the rep on the phone about the poor packaging and requested better care in shipping. So...the next 20 were in same packaging all beat up.

No more Midway for me on items that need careful  packaging.

"if it was easy we'd let women do it" don't tell my wife I said that!

I have purchased bullets labeled blemished, seconds, etc. with no problems. In all I have found maybe one or two that have very tiny imperfections and they shoot just as well as non-blemished pills.

I have too, all purchased before Nosler's recent decision to absorb Shooter's Pro Shop. Nosler defined their "blems" to be cosmetic only, whereas their seconds had minor physical defects, most of which wouldn't have mattered for accuracy in hunting applications. Their blems were great bargains!
