About 20 years or so ago, I bought a little 92 Winchester that was wearing an Armstrong receiver sight. The wood was terrible, and I restocked it with some fairly plain walnut. After fitting the stock and forearm and doing some shaping, I set it aside until a couple of days ago.
I took the sight apart, also about 20 years ago to give it a thorough cleaning, I guess, or that is the only reason that I can think of. I started putting it back together today and found out that thing is a very complicated receiver sight. I would probably have been easy to do if I had done it not long after taking it apart.
My question is, does anyone know where I could find an exploded view of that Armstrong sight? I found one, but it was so small and blurry that I couldn't make heads or tails of it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated,
