In a single shot, 10 twist, which bullet/powder combo is giving best results?

I would start with The Fouling Shot and peruse the match results looking for the data on the 25-35 shooters.

With rifle in hand, I confidently go forth into the darkness.

In 25 caliber I find a 1-10 twist will shoot 100 grain and up. I don’t shoot 25-35. The heavier bullets might give a slight advantage at 200 yards. The wind will push them around. On a calm day it doesn’t matter.

Mos 120 grain bullet breech seated and 11.4 grains of 300MP gives very good accuracy in a match grade single shot. 13-14 grains of IMR 4227 in a fixed cartridge is a good pick as well with RCBS's 120 gas check bullet.
