The 4th! Yes, I invite all my local shooting buddies and their families to my house. Big Bar-B-Que, Sousa on the record player and ice cold beer in the cooler. Everybody goes home by 1600 hours for a nap before going to the fairgrounds for fireworks (not dark here until 2200 hours this far north!).

I went to the Denver Gun Show with a Canadian friend. He travels all over the world (made a pile up there). He says no where in the world do you see the country's flags flying like in the US. My reply was that they are not as free and proud as we are of our country!
