Have about 50 converted 8mm brass that I have shot in my Vetterli many times. Now when I try to re-size them and seat a bullet there is no neck tension anymore. How can I fix this? I am using a Lee sizing dye without the expander/decapping pin. Thank you for any information.

Anneal them. They have work hardened.

The oft-repeated advice to shoot the largest sized CB that will chamber also deserves some consideration in such instances. Neck tension may relate to the actual diameter of your fired cases before they are re-sized for reloading. Ideally, all you should have to do to a fired case is to bell the case mouth a tiny amount to seat a new CB in it without any “shaving", then convert the bell ("flare") to a slight crimp in the seater die. It's worth a try, at least.
