Lookie here! Butterfly venison tenderloin in the pan with some olive oil, black pepper & garlic powder. Good sandwiches for tomorrows lunch!

If someone else had of done to me what I did to myself . . . I'd have killed him. Humility is an asset. Heh - heh.

The only way to make them better is to sear them over a HOT charcoal or hard wood ember fire with a couple scraps of that apple wood to add a little smoke. Brodie
