I used to use #10 and #11 interchangeably on my 1847 Walker Colt. Do you have any of those?

I feel your pain. I finally bought a cap maker from https://22lrreloader.com/. Once you get the technique down you can make them quickly.

cs107, If you change the nipples (cones) to those made by Slix Shot (Badman Enterprises), you'll be able to use #11's and #10's. Just be sure to specify who manufactured your pistol and the model if you order.
