Has anyone actually measured to see what the Twist Rate is on the Rossi 45-70?

Not measured myself, but this is what is advertised for the Rossi R95 45-70:

Twist Rate. 1:12in- RH Twist. Grooves. 6.

thanks - I read that on the site - but then have conflicting answers from other internet sources claiming it is incorrect - I have called into Rossi - but always too busy to answer the phone
