We had a swap meet at the club on Sunday. One gent had surplus .17HMR ammo that was snaffled up fast. Turns out you can't buy it locally at the moment.
All of a sudden my .22 Hornet cast bullet loads running on a puff of powder seem very sensible.

The new style 225415 will not stabilize in my 218 Bee with a 15 inch twist. The old style will.

That bullet is the new style Lyman 225415 but I have the old version also. Last rabbit trip I was shooting NOE 225107 copies (38gr) at 2250fps.

Another Ammo+++ auction up here. Centerfire and shotgun ammo somewhat high but Rnot outrageous. I got some Federal 22LR Auto Match for the equivalent of $42/brick. Most of the 22LR went for $90-100/brick. Pretty good selection of primers, pretty much all $90-100/brick. One lot was 2 pounds of IMR4064 brought $155. Several lots of lead shot, mostly brought around $1/pound.
Gun auction Saturday. At least those prices have stayed reasonable around here.
