My cases are Dirty

I'm using a RCBS Sidewinder case tumbler with steel pins. I'm adding Dawn dish soap and Lemi-shine.   My cases do not come out clean on the outside.  Do the stainless pins wear out?  Any suggestions?

my cases were clean before, it is recent thing.  Maybe I added too much Dawn soap?

Don't overload the tumbler and use this:

What kind of cases, BP or smokeless? How much soap and lemie shine? Most important, how long are you running it? With BP I change the water after 1 hour, then run again.
