I have enough homemade linotype to last a lot longer than I will. I still have pure antimony and tin.

Antimony 27 pounds in small pieces
Tin 8 pounds in finger ingots
Special flux included
Enough to make ~200 pounds of linotype with your lead - $400

Sounds like at one time you were purchasing from the Antimony Man in "Aridzona".

I still have a box of the antimony fines and the flux I bought from him ages ago.  Will probably never use it, but.....

If I guessed correctly please caution whoever buys it from you about the LETS flux.

You are absolutely correct. I started buying form Leading Edge Tool Service (LETS). Tom Novak sold the LETS antimony business to Bill Ferguson. Then I started buying from Bill. He was a great friend and I miss him.

The antimony fines came in a 40 pound bucket. That made 330 pounds of linotype, I probably made over a ton of linotype. The flux works great, but must be used carefully. It is toxic and corrosive. Yes, instructions are included.

There is little interest so I will probably make it into linotype. Linotype is easier to sell locally.
