Just what the name of it says.  Looks a lot handier than setting up sky screens and shooting them down.

Has anybody tried this magical device or seen a report on it?

I have an older one and love it.  It throws groups an inch high at 100 yards with my rifles, but they group the same.  I have had some erosion of the bayonet from BP, rifles prone to muzzle blast, and slow, unburned powder exiting the barrel.
