Does any one know the meaning of the letters and numbers on Don Eagan molds?

For instance 30 caliber mold MX4 30 A. Below that is the number 1. Below that is

E24. Also on the front is Eagan and USA, self explainitory. On the bottom is E24 on the left block and 24E on the right block. I'm sure they designate right and left for machining orientation but on my other mx4 30 a mold the lettering is f11 and 11 f.

Not sure if this helps but here is one of Don's catalogs.

I have 5 of his molds and the markings are all a mystery. Dan Hisle may know, I think he bought some of the final inventory.
