Sometimes life just happens and my favorite things to do get put on a shelf. My beautiful wife passed 4 1/2 years ago due Acute Myeloid Leukemia. Took me two years to work thru that. Then I had a heart operation to remove fluid. Arrested on the table due to too much sedative. Had to bring me back with Narcan. The surgeon also slipped and cut my lung causing subcutaneous emphysema. (Lawsuit pending and he's in hiding). I contracted Afib shortly after I got the covid shot. Hmmmmm. Refused to get the booster. So . . . I'm feeling better although am on a beta blocker which makes me tired. Gonna warm up the lead pots & molds tomorrow. Just ordered both small and large pistol primers from Midway. Gotten real expensive!!!! So anyway . . . Hello everyone!!!! -Pat

If someone else had of done to me what I did to myself . . . I'd have killed him. Humility is an asset. Heh - heh.

Good to have you back Pat.  I was wondering about you a few days ago.  You have quite a story.  If there is anything to the old saying "what doesn't kill you makes you stronger" you should be good to go.  Will look forward to your posts.

Glad to see you back and sorry for your loss. And as my grandmother always told me when I was a young boy God helps them who help themselves and you are definitely doing that.

Glad to have you back. You and I have had some of the same problems. Working in the shop is one of my best remedies for physical problems and mental as well and I hope it does the same for you.

Glad you are back casting, reloading, and shooting. I feel your elation at your return. Never give up.

The trips again to the reloading shed are becoming more frequent and fun. On a personal note, I'm in the eighth month of remission and looking forward to the coming summer of matches.
