I cast mostly .45 caliber rifle bullets. I found this tool at Friendship some years ago and it one of the best in the toolbox. It's used like a cookie cutter to remove the bullets from the block after pan-lubing.
Place it over the bullet and cut it out of the block. Press the spring loaded knob and drop the lubed bullet into your container.
The lube never falls out and the grooves are filled out uniformly.
