State Rep Ron Maag, Committee Chairman, has scheduled a hearing for HB 152, the Ohio Constitutional Carry legislation, for Wednesday May 27th, at 2:00 PM, in room 121 at the Ohio State House, in Columbus. HB 152 would allow unlicensed concealed carry for Ohio residents. Rep Maag has requested that all interested Ohio residents attend and provide testimony in support of the bill. Rep Maag has been a sponsor of much of the pro Second Amendment legislation that Ohio has recently adopted.
