They, Brownell's and Sinclair, no longer carry them.

Don't do me any good, need 30 mm rings. Will be trying to sell 36X Leupold with 1 inch rings

Another option is Harrell's. Kelbly's quit making rings, and the Harrell's are reasonably priced and have done me very well so far.
