I sent an email to S&S firearms and just got this return email.  I had given .230"  and .518" as example of diameters I need.

Custom sizes are no problem, we stock hundreds of different sizes. The 518 is in stock, the 230 would have to be made, generally about 2 weeks. Phil

Thanks for the help !!!

Depending on what you're looking for Buffalo Arms has custom sizes and RCBS made me one once. Not cheap though.

I have ordered custom sizers from Buffalo Arms in the past but their site no longer advertises the service. Also BA does not respond to emails on the subject.  Huntington's RCBS is no longer offering the service according to a recent email received from them.

Any other sources available ?

I have had sizer-lubricator dies honed by DougGuy who hones revolver cylinders.

What are you wanting done? Maybe someone in this forum can make you one or tell you how to modify or enlarge die (dowel and sandpaper).

Have you seen this video taken from the CBA info section?

I have a custom casting service for which I offer a range of diameters in each caliber.  I currently have well over 100 sizer dies but still lack the range of diameters I would like in some calibers.  I am continually adding to my sizer inventory but have lost all my regular sources for custom sizer dies.  I can and do increase diameter of commonly available dies but not to more than .002".  For diameters more than .002" over standard I need a custom service and is what I am seeking.

Thanks for that information!!  It may be helpful to others but not for me as that site has been unavailable to me for several years.

Ammohead (Bruce Frechette) on Cast Boolits forum makes LEE Style sizer dies and has recently expanded into RCBS style of sizers also.

NOE Molds makes a bullet sizer die which fits in a reloading  press sort of like a Lee bullet lube/resizer.  The basic die costs about $60 but it accepts inserts which come in many sizes for about $10 each.  Bullets may be pushed thru either nose first or base first.  Mine arrived a few days ago, intended for making bullets to fit in an oversized chamber in an 1893 Marlin 32-40.  Works perfectly with paper patched bullets and grooved bullets with liquid alox.  Professional level machining and polish, very quick service.
