You want a Weaver N side mount. Frequently seen on Ebay. Look for a Weaver J prefix scope as it' the best 3/4" tube scope.

I need help finding side mount and one in. Scope rings for Stevens 325c.I had to put peep sight on glasses to see iron sights. Not too bad for a blind man.

Your rifle is drilled and tapped for a Williams receiver sight. I have one on my Savage 340 which your rifle is a copy of. With a big aperture on it, you shouldn't have too much problem with seeing the sights to shoot well.... even for us old guys.
As far as the scope option.. I see no holes drilled and tapped for the side mount.
