I have two Rolling Blocks and a Peabody in 43 Spanish. I'm not bragging just trying to let it be known why I may want more than twenty pieces of brass. Has anyone out there had any luck forming brass? I've tried .348 Winchester but the bases are too big. I've used 45-70 but they come up a 10th” short and bulge enough at the base to split occasionally. I may try to make a swage die if I get time but it will be crude as I have no machines for that business. Think hole in a steel bar and a nine pound hammer. Any help will be appreciated, thanks.

Last weekend at the gun show in AL, ran into a place out of Cartersville, GA that had boxes of brand new 43 Spanish. Shadowsmith ammo

I have a box of twenty coming from that place in Columbia Mo. for 20 bucks a box. I did try to make some with a hole and a hammer. Worked good until I got the the base.

I loaded the twenty pieces of Jamison brass. It looks like the way to go. Nice looking brass.
